Vineyard Palmira, San Martin, Mendoza. Hard soils, with traditional irrigation. Vineyards 30 years old, with a yield of 15,000 to 20,000 kg per hectare.
Varietal Composition 50% Moscatel de Alejandria – 50% Cereza Criolla
Breeding 60 days in contact with staves cherry wood.
Harvest Manual in box, during first fortnight of March.
Region Mendoza
Notes Wine of bright red color and orange tones. With a fresh entry, aromas of strawberry, serene and blackberry are perceived on the nose. In the mouth it shows good acidity and a sweet finish.
It is recommended to serve at 8°C.
Ideal for creating cocktails with white fruit juices and ice, or fruit cream ice cream. It can also be drunk on its own, as a starter wine for lunch or dinner.
