The grapes for this Torrontés come from Cafayate, Salta. It is the result of cutting three harvest dates: early, normal and late, which gives it a great balance. It is a floral white, very fresh and lively.

| Breeding | In stainless steel tanks at a low temperature to preserve the fruity and floral notes. No bottle aging is done to maintain the youth of aromas and flavors. |
| Winemaking | The grapes are harvested and pressed in Cafayate. The must, which is clarified to keep it clean and shiny, is transported in refrigerated trucks to our winery in Mendoza. There begins the controlled alcoholic fermentation, at low temperature, to maximize the proliferation of fermentative aromas. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out to preserve the acidity and fresh aromas. Estate Premium Torrontés is the result of cutting three harvest dates that are combined according to their qualities: 1. Its acidity gives it freshness. 2. Its terpenes, floral touches. 3. Its fruits, volume in the mouth. |
